How to View Your Messages and Notifications in Vpass?

5 types of messages are available and may/may not receive in the Vpass Mobile App

    Vpass user is added into Enterprise Dashboard by the Vpass user's Organization
  2. 2.
    When the result is identified as Positive, the User selected the first option. This status will show as Pending.
  3. 3.
    When the Pending result is confirmed by Pharmacy.
  4. 4.
    When the result is invalid, the user is asked to retest.
  5. 5.
    When the voucher is claimed. The online shopping voucher link is attached.
