Error messages, what user is expected to do?
There are 2 common error messages that users may experience. The solution is provided to help users to solve the issues.
Error Message 1
If you happen to encounter the Whitelabel Error page after trying to access the Vpass Enterprise Dashboard, you may follow the following steps to solve the issue:
- After being redirected to the Login page, click on the “Login with Vpass” button
- If you have already logged in, it will automatically redirect you to the Enterprise Analytics page
Error message 2
You may need to refresh the page (https://dashboard.vpass) and wait for the whole web page to finish loading properly.
